Dan Nelson, Hoberg's Club Resort announces The Spa at Hoberg’s Club Resort.  The spa was hand-built by Gustav Hoberg andwill be a self-contained structure, with wet and dry treatment rooms, including an inviting reception area that features a working fireplace.

There will be outdoor soaking tubs for pre- or post-treatment relaxation, using our current mineral spring water we have on our resort. The spa will offer a variety of treatments and packages, including services like:

• Hot Stone Treatment:  The treatment melts away tension, erases muscle stiffness and increases circulation. Through the placement of smooth water-heated stones at key points on the body, combined with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience.

• Exfoliation Treatment:  These treatments are used to remove dead skin cells from the body. Skin is the body’s largest organ, and regular cleansing and nourishing enhances its function. This treatment is followed with an herbal soap cleansing and nourishing oil or lotion. Your choice of Ocean Salt, Body Polish or Body Scrub.

• Back Masque:  This is an excellent complement to a massage of an hour or more. A back masque is a localized hot towel treatment using a natural agent of either clay or mud. The masque assists in reaching a deeper level of superficial tissue relaxation through detoxification and nourishments.

• Aromatherapy Wrap:  Indulge yourself with a 60 min. Swedish Esalen Massage, following that you’ll be masked with one of the following: Ocean Algae, Earth Clay, and Moor Mur. You are enveloped in a nurturing cocoon of three heat retentive layers for luxurious peaceful experience.  Half-day treatment packages and treatments for couples are also available. 

The Hobergs Spa will also provide several facials, such as:

• Herbal Facial Massage:  Basic Facial, Detox Facial, Anti - Age Facial and Deep Moisture Facial.

• Herbal Back Facial – This is a cleansing, exfoliate, masque and moisturizing treatment for the back.

• Acne Facial - This deep cleansing facial treats the root causes of acne and works to correct problem areas. Using 5% pharmaceutical grade, micro-ground Benzoyl Peroxide, a peel, and our H2V Spotless Acne Masque, our skilled estheticians will work to eliminate the bacteria that cause acne. Salicylic Acid will reduce excess oils and your skin will be left with a lovely matte finish.

• Teen Facial - This facial introduces our younger guests to the importance of a proper skin care regimen. Incorporating a personalized skin evaluation, our estheticians will teach the 3 Key Steps to a lifetime of healthy skin ~ cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing ~ as well as sun protection and anti-blemish techniques.

• Flip Flop (face & back) Facial - This is a cleanse, exfoliate, masque and moisturizing treatment for the back and face.

• Mom and Little Princess Treatment - This facial introduces our younger guests to the importance of a proper skin care regimen. Incorporating a personalized skin evaluation, our estheticians will teach the 3 Key Steps to a lifetime of healthy skin ~ cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing ~ as well as sun protection and anti-blemish techniques. Basic facial done side by side. All natural Alba products are used.

• Men’s Facial - Customized for a man’s special needs, this moisturizing facial includes deep cleansing and exfoliation as well as attention to the sensitive areas that often result from shaving and sun exposure.

Hoberg’s Spa will be selling treatment products, soaps, lotions, oils, towels, music, robes and other related merchandise.
